  • Environmental exposure and stem cell associated disease development (obesity associated mesenchymal stem cells, allergy relevant hematopoietic stem cells - Eo/B progenitor cells Website Stemcells in Allergy and Obesity)
  • Perinatal exposure to lifestyle and environmental factors and overweight/allergy development in epidemiological cohort studies; e.g. Vitamin D status/nutritional compounds and epigenetics in disease development
  • Influence of nutritional compounds on lipid metabolism and atherogenesis
