Research interests

  • Impacts of early determinants in regular child development and how they cause, modulate, aggravate or protect from common diseases / Exposome research
  • Influence of climate change and chemical hazards on child health, health behavior, and the emergence and/or aggravation of health disorders

  • Characterization of health risks emerging from the interplay between predisposition and our changing environment, to identify risk and resilience factors and underlying mechanisms for the development of common disease with origin in childhood
