Technoökonomische Analyse und Transformationspfade des energetischen Biomassepotentials - TATBio
In the TATBio project it was investigated which energetic biomass use options would prevail in Germany until 2050 at optimal cost under the new long-term scenarios, in scenarios of 80% and 95% greenhouse gas savings with different assumptions on the available cultivation area for energetic use. The optimisation was carried out via the sectors electricity, heat and transport, with residual and waste materials as well as cultivated biomass.
The project was financed by BMWI, with UFZ as subcontractor to DBFZ.
The BENOPT model was used in the project.
