Research Expertise & Interests
Anran’s research connects diverse fields of knowledge and enhances inter-and-transdisciplinary research for sustainability transformations. She has researched circular economy, waste policy as well as environmental and trade cooperation at the interface of national, supranational and international scales. Using qualitative approaches with a focus on interpretative narrative analysis, she is interested in investigating the underlying emotions, values, and beliefs that drive (in)action towards socially just and environmentally sustainable futures.
