 Research interests

I am interested in decoding the processes of plant-microbe interactions with a focus on how factors driving climate variability, tree species identity and tree diversity affect the plant related rhizosphere microbial communities. A broad area of my research is  to understand host-microbe relationships within different ecosystems.

 Projects

Currently, I am working on my PhD thesis project as part of TreeDi in P7 project titled, 'rhizosphere and root microbes'
