Current Project

Currently, I am working as Postdoc supporting different projects from my knowledge related to microbial molecular ecology. Through the use of microbiological and molecular perspectives and with multiple bioinformatics tools and statistical methods my interest to study how are the interactions and effects of microorganisms on plant/animal fitness and the environment. I want to find out the mechanisms of bacterial and fungal communities to support terrestrial ecosystem, maintain ecological functionality and offer benefits for humans.
