Library profile
The library collects for the UFZ as an international competence centre for environmental research the relevant subject literature. The collection spectre is broadly based and adapted to the current research topics.
Library collection
The library gives you access to various print and online media as well as various databases. The library holdings are located in the UFZ library rooms at the Leipzig, Halle and Magdeburg sites. Literature from the administrative departments and the computer center is located directly at the sites.
Usage conditions
For using the library the following guidelines are published by the management. Every person that uses the UFZ library and its services accepts these guidelines.
Opening times
Leipzig
Monday - Wednesday: 8:30 am. - 3:30 pm.
Thursday and Friday: 8:30 am. - 2:00 pm.
Halle
Tuesday - Friday: 10 am. - 3 pm.
Magdeburg
Monday -Thursday: 9 am. - 1 pm.
