Research Interest
My academic focus lies in freshwater microbiology, aquatic ecology, water quality analysis, and the sources, fate, transport, and toxicity of chemical pollutants in the aquatic environment. For my PhD, I am investigating how plastic particles' size, shape, and transport time influence microbial, meiobenthic, and macrobenthic communities, along with assessing their potential biological effects in freshwater reservoir systems.
