Research Interest

My main areas of interest are aquatic ecology and biogeochemistry, where I focus on greenhouse gas emissions (CO₂, CH₄, N₂O) from various water bodies. In my PhD I will investigate the effect of anthropogenic modifications and climate change on aquatic greenhouse gas production and emissions along the river-ocean continuum.
