Self-introduction
I am a postdoc of the Compound Environmental Risks Department, led by Prof. Jakob Zscheischler. My research interest is climate change and its impacts on food security. My current research focuses on impact attribution, especially the attribution of crop failures to anthropogenic climate change. By combining crop models and counterfactual climate scenarios, we can assess the contribution of anthropogenic climate change to crop yield anomalies and the spatial extent of crop failures.I am interested in the interaction of climate variability, agricultural productivity, and food security, aiming to contribute to the development of strategies that enhance resilience in agricultural systems.
