Research Interests

My research focuses on viromics and multi-omics data integration, particularly on the genomic annotation and functional characterization of bacteriophages and their bacterial hosts.
I am interested in uncovering virus–microbe interactions through metagenomic and proteomic analyses, aiming to understand viral ecology and contribute to the discovery of novel viral functions and biotechnological applications.
