Research Interests

  • Development of automatic workflows and pipelines for High Content Screening (HCS) data, metadata analysis, and database storage.
  • Image analysis, processing and management using Python, KNIME and Galaxy.
  • Advisor for RDM concepts and metadata annotation in toxicology and eco-toxicology, with a special focus on image data management
  • Admin of the [OMERO] instance at UFZ.
