Research Interests
- Development of automatic workflows and pipelines for High Content Screening (HCS) data, metadata analysis, and database storage.
- Image analysis, processing and management using Python, KNIME and Galaxy.
- Advisor for RDM concepts and metadata annotation in toxicology and eco-toxicology, with a special focus on image data management
- Admin of the [OMERO] instance at UFZ.
