Postdoctoral position in freshwater food-web ecology investigating how biodiversity, trophic structure, and consumer energy flows relate to whole-stream ecosystem functioning. The project combines quantitative food-web analysis, secondary production, and ecosystem metabolism across diverse stream and river datasets.

We are seeking a person to conduct process research on environmental biofilms (particularly biofilms in running waters) and to supervise the confocal laser scanning microscopy for biofilm research at the UFZ site in Magdeburg.
