This Master's thesis/internship offers the chance to contribute to a cutting-edge research project aimed at significantly lowering the energy footprint of activated carbon production. By exploring Fe catalytic steam activation of biochar at low temperatures, the project supports the development of sustainable materials for water treatment and environmental applications. The work includes experimental lab work, materials characterisation, and academic collaboration.
