Dr. Ines Thronicker

Professional focus

With my work, I would like to enable and strengthen changes in organizational structures and culture towards more diversity, equality, and inclusion. I am particularly interested in incorporating transparent and fair processes and decision making. Particular emphasis is given to the generation of a systematic data base and monitoring on the one hand, and scientifically sound communication on the causes and effects of disadvantage on the other hand. It is my ultimate goal to enable and encourage individuals to reflect and change their own behaviour.
