Abstract | Double take: In the acquisition regime presented here, 1H,13C HSQC spectra are recorded twice with spectral widths of 5.8 and 6.2 ppm in the indirect dimension. The aliased signals are then unfolded to the full spectral width to yield an HSQC spectrum with 5 Hz per point in the 13C dimension without additional time requirements (see example of strychnine). |
