| Abstract | Die Bildung von Schaum – während der anaeroben Gärung – kann sich negativ auf die Wirtschaftlichkeit einer Biogasanlage auswirken. Besonders betroffen sind jene Anlagen, die für die Biogasproduktion biogenen Abfall nutzen. Unter achtzehn Betreibern von Abfallanlagen in Sachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt und Thüringen wurde eine Umfrage durchgeführt. Ziel der Umfrage war, Erfahrungen über die Schaumbildung in Praxisanlagen zu sammeln und die vorgenommenen Maßnahmen zu ermitteln. Foam formation during the anaerobic digestion may have negative impact on the economics of a biogas plant. This problem concerns especially those biogas plants, which utilize biogenic waste for biogas production. Eighteen operators of waste treating biogas plants from Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia have been surveyed. The aim of the enquiry was collecting experience about the foam formation in biogas reactors and about the foam fighting tasks in practice. |
