Research Interests

In my current project, I aim to create a map of the zebrafish embryo transcriptome based on high resolution developmental data. On this map, toxicogenomic data can be explored to gain insight into the developmental processes disturbed in chemical-exposed zebrafish.
Beyond that I am interested in data integration and data driven approaches, utilising statistical modelling and data visualisation to contribute to a more comprehensive assessment of chemical risks in the environment.
