The UFZ Family Support Office guides you in balancing care work and paid work. Employees receive information and individual advice on maternity protection, parental leave and benefits, childcare, schooling, and holiday programs. The Family Support Office also provides orientation on caring for relatives and the use of (family) care leave. Line Managers are given tools and guidance to implement family-friendly solutions.

The Statistics Support assists scientists with statistical questions and challenges related to their research projects. We offer guidance and help at various stages of data analysis, including choice of appropriate statistical methods, implementation of methods in R, and solutions to project-specific methodological challenges.
