Abstract | Dieser Beitrag stellt innerhalb des Forschungsprojekts ReKKS die Umsetzung eines bodenhydrologischen Messnetzes in Kasachstan vor, das die Bodenwassernutzung von trockenen Steppenböden durch angepasste Bewirtschaftungsmethoden optimieren soll. Dabei liegt der Fokus auf dem Bodenwasserhaushalt, ermittelt durch meteorologische und pedohydrologische InsituMessungen. Speziell adaptierte wägbare Gravitationslysimeter sollen zudem ermöglichen, erstmals einen ganzjährigen Verlauf der aktuellen Evapotranspiration für diesen Klimaraum zu bestimmen. The following article presents the implementation of a monitoring network in the framework of the research project ReKKS in Kazakhstan. The objective is to improve the effectiveness of water usage of the dry steppe soils by adapted soil management. The focus will be on the soil water balance determined by meteorological and pedohydrological in situ measurements. Moreover, the actual evapotranspiration (ETa) will be investigated for the first time by weighable gravitation lysimeters over the whole year for this climate. For comparative analysis, there are two lysimeters whose soils stem from different sites. While the first lysimeter vessel was monolithically filled with an arable soil, the second lysimeter vessel contains a pristine steppe soil. The measurements started immediately after installation. Results of ETa, precipitation, and soil moisture will be presented for the first year from October 2018 to October 2019. As the measurements at winter are of particular importance, lysimeter data, as well as meteorological data, will be illustrated during the first snowfall. |
