Abstract Submission

The deadline for abstract submission is 7th August 2022 and can be done only online via this form. You can choose between oral or poster presentation. After the abstract submission deadline, we will inform you about the review outcome and you can decide again, whether you confirm your contribution. In case you signed up for an oral presentation but will not get one, we’re going to shift your contribution to poster presentation. Please consider the guidelines below for your abstract submission.

Guidelines for Abstract Submission, Posters, and Talks


Abstracts

  • language must be English
  • the title of the abstract may not exceed 200 characters (including spaces)
  • abstract text must not be longer than 2500 characters (including references)
  • figures, tables, and other graphics are not allowed
  • please use the embedded form below the guidelines


Posters

  • language must be English
  • size A0 (841 x 1189 mm) in portrait format

Magnets / pins to fix the poster to the poster walls will be provided.

Talks

  • language must be English
  • 10 minutes for presenting plus 5 minutes discussion

Please stick to the time frame, which will make it easier for all other presenters as well as the audience.
