Sinje Burgert

Sinje received her diploma in Environmental Sciences in 2009 from the University of Koblenz-Landau, Department Landau, Germany. She specialized in ecotoxicology and finished her diploma thesis about modelling of runoff-induced pesticide inputs in freshwater streams at our department in 2009. Afterwards she joined our working group as a PhD student.

Sinje's research focused on modeling potential and future impacts of toxicants on aquatic ecosystems within the background of climate change using GIS and ecological modelling approaches.
