To meet the rising requirements for environmental research, the Department Monitoring and Exploration Technologies develops unique concepts and strategies to adequately and extensively model natural systems.

An efficient and comparatively fast investigation and assessment of environmental questions could be achieved by the combination of different methods from various research areas, such as geophysics, hydrogeology, Direct Push, remote sensing and biodiversity research.
