Under the project RACE "Risk Assessment of Chytridiomycosis to European amphibian diversity" at the HELMHOLTZ Centre for Environmental Research - UFZ in the Department of Conversation Biology, we wish to collect questionnaire data from a number of different target groups in order to evaluate current knowledge surrounding this issue.

Focus countries of the study are France, Spain, the United Kingdom, Germany and Switzerland. Respondents are therefore explicitly requested to fill in their country in the indicated line.

Your answers can be selected in the single indicated categories of the list box(es). In the event you are uncertain and cannot decide between the categories 0-5, you can tick the cell in the far right-hand column "No opinion".

On completion, click SEND and the completed questionnaire will automatically be sent to the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research - UFZ

This survey itself is anonymous; however, the provision of e.g., personal/institutional details is optional. Retrieved data will be used exclusively for scientific purposes and will not be circulated. As soon as the study is completed, all data will be erased.
