PhD Report
The HIGRADE team kindly asks you to fill in the PhD Report, a confidential questionnaire regarding your satisfaction with your PhD project as well as the supervision by your advisor(s) and the advisory committee. This confidential report is sent directly to the HIGRADE office and is to be submitted 12 months after the start of the PhD, and every 12 months afterwards until the end of the PhD (24, 36, …) The PhD Report is submitted in addition to the Committee Report (which is to be discussed and agreed on with your advisory committee and is due 18 and 30 months after the start of your PhD project).
