Deadline for the registration of a lecture or poster contribution is May 31, 2021. The abstracts that were registered for the 2020 annual meeting have been deleted and must be resubmitted.

Each first author may only submit one conference contribution in the general or special topics. Contributions to the workshops are excluded. Workshop contributions have to be agreed upon with the respective workshop organizers and do not prevent you from submitting another contribution in the general or special topics.

There will be no printed collection of abstracts. However, an electronic version will be available for download on the conference website. The abstracts submitted before the conference will be included in the extended abstracts for the conference, if the authors do not submit a revision. In principle, it will still be possible to submit a multi-page contribution in the usual form for the extended summaries after the conference.

Please provide the name and corresponding institution of all coauthors since otherwise they will not appear in the abstracts or program. Since the abstract text has to be entered into a text field, it cannot contain any figures or tables. Figures and tables can appear later in the extended version for the conference proceedings.

Conference Fees

To register for the conference and pay the fees, you must use the registration web pages of the conference. You can pay by bank transfer or credit card (Visa and Mastercard). Registration and payment will open at the latest in July 2021 when we have established in which form the conference will take place, depending on the COVID situation.

Compared to the annual conference in Münster the fees have increased. On the one hand, this is due to the rental fee for the conference venue. On the other hand, three lunches are included in the conference fees to ensure a pleasant and orderly schedule. There are no places to buy food on site.

*Reduced prices are available for students and people receiving welfare or unemployment benefits (proof is necessary). Please send supporting documentation as proof to dgl(at) or present it at the conference. You can also upload a scanned copy of the documentation when you register online. If you do not supply supporting documentation, you must pay the difference to the regular conference fee at the registration desk at the conference.

On cancellation before 1 September 2021, the conference fee will be refunded less a processing fee of 30 Euros. For cancellations after this date, the conference fee will not be refunded, but you have the opportunity to name a replacement person. Cancellation of credit card payments by the attendee (chargeback) will incur a fee of 50 Euros.
