Bioinformatics Service

The bioinformatics service of the UFZ develops solutions for bioinformatics problems, e.g., workflows or pipelines in the Galaxy Server of the UFZ. In the focus are problems that affect a large user group at the UFZ. Furthermore support for the development of own bioinformatics approaches is offered. The bioinformatics service addresses all researchers of the UFZ.

There are regular courses on various topics:

Bioinformatics support can be requested via a ticket system or by email.
