The registration fee includes admission to all scientific sessions, lunch and coffee breaks, welcome reception (registration required), the conference dinner at Felix (registration required), and optional post-conference workshops (registration required). Accomodation is not included, participants are responsible for booking their own accomodation (see Travel and accomodation).

Cancellation conditions:
For cancellations of the conference participation received until 22 August 2025, we will refund the fee minus a handling charge of € 30. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 22 August 2025.
