INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL PRESENTATION
- The total time for each slot is 15 minutes (max. 12 minutes presentation to allow time for discussion).
- The presentation file must be prepared in pptx (16:9) or PDF format.
- Copy the file to the presentation computer at the latest during the break before the respective session and check it with the support staff.
- All speakers of a session are requested to meet with the session chair 10 minutes before the start of the respective session.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATION AND PITCHES
- The posters must be oriented in portrait format and the size should be A0 or at least A1.
- The poster ID (see programme) will be placed at the top of your allocated display board, mounting materials (magnets) will be provided on site.
- Ensure your poster is ready for display before you arrive - no printing facilities will be available on site.
- Posters will be on display throughout the conference.
- Poster pitches (optional) are scheduled at the end of the morning sessions. Each presenter can pitch their poster in one minute with a single presentation slide (pptx format 16:9, landscape). The slides for the poster pitches must be submitted by 19 September using the poster ID as file name (more information to follow).
