Venue

Umweltforum, Pufendorfstr. 11, 10249 Berlin, Germany

The conference takes place at two BESONDERE ORTE venues within 2 minutes walking distance: the Umweltforum and the Neue Mälzerei, Berlin. The Umweltforum is a spectacular venue, located just minutes from Berlin Alexanderplatz. The building is comprised of a church that is over a hundred years old with a modern, light-filled extension building. The centrepiece of this venue is its vast hall, ringed by galleries and featuring an Eule pipe organ. Right around the corner from Umweltforum, Neue Mälzerei is an event venue housed in a former brewery. "Small is beautiful" would be a good title for this BESONDERE ORTE venue.
