Description
CSV output data generated by HiLEG model (https://git.ufz.de/leins/hileg/) simulating the large marsh grasshopper dispersing from a single source habitat (x=415, y=227) in spatially aggregated grasslands of Schleswig-Holstein.
Filename endings indicate in order of occurrence the climate change scenario, initial simulation year and final simulation year.
Data was used in
Leins J. A., Drechsler M. "Finding the right balance of conservation effort in cultivated grasslands: A modelling study on protecting dispersers in a climatically changing and anthropogenically disturbed environment" (in preparation)

Contents of files are:
- *orderOfYears_*.csv -> shuffled order of years taking from climate data per random seed
- *statsYearly_*.csv -> yearly population stats per grassland cell and random seed
- args.txt -> command line argumentes used to run the simulation
- other CSV files -> input files used to parameterize simulation run (see git repository for details)

SIMULATION PARAMETERS were:
- global climate model ICHEC_EC_EARTH
- climate change scenarios rcp26, rcp45, rcp85
- random selection of 2 mowing schedules (disturbances)
- 100 random seeds
- simulation time of 60 years (2020 - 2079)
- bilinear interpolation of climate values for local grassland cell climate
- no long distance dispersal between grassland cells
- single initial population per simulation run in a grassland cell with coordinate x=415, y=227
- dispersal amount transformed to discrete values

Some simulations had to be run again due to technical difficulties.
Thus, some output files might contain duplicate data.

MEANING of columns in stats files are:
distSchemeName -> mowing schedule name (abbr.), where M00 is equal to low-impact mowing schedule T_prot and M99 to conventional schedule T_conv (see manuscript)
xCoord -> Cartesian x-coordinate of habitat
yCoord -> Cartesian y-coordinate of habitat
seed -> seed number used for replicate
disturbance -> applied mowing schedule at habitat only differing from distSchemeName in source habitat
year -> simulation year
RCPscenario -> climate change scenario
lifetime -> lifetime in days
firstVisit -> day of first visit to a habitat
firstEst -> day of first population establishment
finalDensity -> population density [ind. per m^2] at the end of simulation year
nExtinction -> number of extinction events at habitat
nQuasiExtinction -> number of quasi extinction events at haitat
meanDensity -> mean population density [ind. per m^2] during simulation run at the end of simulation year
meanMigration -> net migration [ind. per m^2] during simulation year
yearly_mortality_[Life_Stage] -> total Life Stage mortality [ind. per m^2] during simulation year
yearly_meanDensity_[Life_Stage] -> mean Life Stage density [ind. per m^2] during simulation year
yearly_lifetime_[Life_Stage] -> mean Life Stage occurrence time [days] during simulation year
yearly_peak_[Life_Stage] -> peak (max) Life Stage density [ind. per m^2] during simulation year
yearly_grossPeak_[Life_Stage] -> peak (max) Life Stage density [ind. per m^2] during simulation year in considering dispersal
yearly_gain_[Life_Stage] -> total Life Stage density gain [ind. per m^2] during simulation year
yearly_immigration_Imago -> total immigration [ind. per m^2] (incoming dispersal) to imago Life Stage during simulation year
yearly_emigration_Imago -> total immigration [ind. per m^2] (incoming dispersal) to imago Life Stage during simulation year
