Career opportunities for environmental scientists

Certainly you have thought about your career opportunities after finishing your PhD. Maybe you are questioning yourself if you should stay in research or follow new paths. Trying to decide which career path to pursue is not easy and often one is not aware of options apart of science such as in regulatory, industry or consulting.

In this session we would like to give examples of career paths and career opportunities within research as well as outside of research. Several speakers from different branches related to the field of environmental science are invited to talk about their specific career path and the requirements for the branch they are working in.
