Water fluxes and states dataset for Germany from 1951 to 2010 - realization 026 out of 100 - mHM (v4.3) model simulation 0 4299

Project
hydrometeorological data
Description
This data have been produced by utilizing mHM v4.3 for the nationwide estimation of water fluxes and states in Germany. The dataset consists of daily values of evapotranspiration, soil moisture, groundwater recharge and discharge. The model was forced with daily fields of precipitation and temperature, which have been interpolated using station observations of the German Meteorological Service DWD (www.dwd.de). The dataset spans a period from 1951 to 2010. The data format is the Net Common Data Format (NetCDF version 3). This is realization 26 out of an ensemble of 100 model derived data sets. The ensemble results from 100 independently calibrated model parameters.

The dataset is described and analyzed in the paper "A High-Resolution Dataset of Water Fluxes and States for Germany Accounting for Parametric Uncertainty" by Matthias Zink, Rohini Kumar, Matthias Cuntz, and Luis Samaniego
