Metagenome sequencing (Illumina NextSeq 2000, by StarSeq, PE150, 50M reads) of DNA samples extracted using MN NucleoSpin Tissue kit from cell pellets of a reactor that was filled with anammox reactor supernatnat and showed signs of ammonium and nitrate consumption (label: New Anakin).
