Description
Final results of Task 1 of the EFSA omics grouping.

Publicly available CTD information has been matched with available Pubchem information on CTD chemicals.
Both data sets were integrated into an SQLite database.


The whole analysis was conducted with a Singularity container that encapsulates the functionality of Task1.

Container file:
registry.hzdr.de/department-computational-biology/efsa_cags/t1_import_parse_data/task1:v1.0

Pull the container and convert to Singularity Container:
singularity pull EFSA_CAGs_Task1\:v1.0.sif docker://registry.hzdr.de/department-computational-biology/efsa_cags/t1_import_parse_data/task1:v1.0

Run the container:
singularity run EFSA_CAGs_Task1\:v1.0.sif

The archived results were processed on March 20th, 2023 and are the data basis for the upcoming tasks.
