Processed and quality checked FT-ICR MS data for dissolved organic matter extracted from piezometers located in forest soils (FSx) and from the Hinterer Schachtenbach (HS) sampled during a precipitation event. Sampling locations, sample processing and measurement conditions are described in the companion paper (Blaurock et al. 2022, ID: 2022JG006831RRR).
