I am a CSC funded PhD student who works at
ProVIS
- Centre for Chemical Microscopy. My research direction is Understanding microbial fate of antibiotics in urban waters – from single cells to antibiotic resistance genes and mechanisms. The main purpose of my research is to develop a method that can link the cell phylogeny with antibiotic resistance genes at the single-cell level and apply it to the environment to trace ARB and ARGs abundance and fate in the environment.
