Research interests

My research focuses on integrating multiple data sets from microbial communities to elucidate the interactions that occur among the individual members of microbial systems. My goal is to combine genome-scale metabolic modeling with multi-omics data sets to elucidate the functions and mechanisms of metabolic interactions among microorganisms in diverse ecosystems.
