  • Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from inland waters, especially reservoirs
  • Impact of water level fluctuations on C cycling and GHG emissions, focusing on the role of emerging sediments
  • High-Frequency data & environmental data science
  • Remote sensing and GIS techniques for spatial integration of information and upscaling from local to global scale
  • glimmr : R package for gas fluxes and dynamic chamber measurements
