Strategies for achieving the EU’s ‘no net land take’ goal

On February 4, 2022, about 140 participants from several European countries attended the Virtual Symposium on strategies to achieve the ‘no net land take’ goal. The conference presented the results and conclusions of the SURFACE project and selected national policy approaches. In addition, there was a panel discussion with a representative from the European Commission and from Member States about the 'no net land take goal' in the context of sustainability and the European Green Deal
