Periodicals (ZLS)

  • journals are shelved alphabetically
  • about 370 specialized scientific periodicals
  • older or no longer subscribed journals are in the closed stack of the library

Monographs

  • List of all borrowable monographs systematically by subject groups.
  • Encyclopedias: are not borrowable, ask the library staff for duplicate copies from the stacks (see section stacks), these can be borrowed

Report Collection (F/E)

  • the report collection contains research reports and publications of scientific institutions such as the UFZ reports

Dictionaries

  • the dictionaries cannot be borrowed, they are only for use in the library
  • ask the library staff for duplicate copies from the stacks (see section Stacks), these can be borrowed

Basement

Stack

The stacks contain duplicate and little-used books, as well as older or discontinued periodicals. The holdings of the stacks are not freely accessible and are only available through the library staff.
