Measures to strengthen diversity, equal opportunities and inclusion at the UFZ

The measures and activities address internal structures and processes, our corporate culture and the targeted support of disadvantaged groups of people.


We understand diversity as the multitude of perspectives and skills that arise from individual backgrounds, experiences and personality traits.

For us, equity means equal opportunities for all employees to realize their potential, i.e. ensuring that everyone has the same opportunities to exert influence, participate and develop individually.
