Helen Kollai conducts research in the field of spatio-temporal analysis and modelling of renewable energies and their environmental impact. With an academic education in geography (B.Sc.) and International Area Studies (M.Sc.) she a strong methodological focus on geoinformation systems, remote sensing and geospatial modelling. Previous research comprised land use/land cover classification and change detection.
Furthermore she is interested in automation of geospatial processing and research data management.
