Philipp received his Master Degree in Geography at the Freie Universität Berlin and specialised in Hydrology. In his Master-thesis he investigated the Comparison of satellite-derived chlorophyll-a and turbidity measurements with probe data at Lake Rummelburg, Berlin.
In 2018 he joined our working group to contribute at the "Kleingewässermontoring"-field campaign and to improve strategies for ecotoxicological modelling, focusing on the role of biological interactions and land use patterns.
In 2018 the Master-thesis come in second for the young talent award "Deutsche Wasserwirtschaft 2018".
