Abstract | The FT Raman spectra of rotating samples were studied to interpret the occurrence of additional bands that often led to a noisy and non-evaluable spectrum. It could be shown that these equidistant spinning-sample bands were due to modulation of the scattered light by the angular concentration function on the surface of the rotating sample. |
