  • Influence of lifetime exposures / nutritional compounds on genetic and epigenetic perturbations and relation to the development of diseases / phenotype (Environmental epigenetics)
  • Chromatin mechanisms and connection to the environment (biology)
  • Molecular, especially genetic and epigenetic, and physiological analyses in trans-generational contexts (molecular biology and bioinformatics)
  • Chromatin state / Transcription of genes and repeats (cell and molecular biology)
  • Establishment and removal of cytosine methylation and histone modifications (technology)
