Dr. Saed Khayat ist Associate Professor an der PTUK- Technische Universität/ Tulkarem, Palästina.

Er ist jetzt ein Gastwissenschaftler am Catchment Hydrology Abteilung im UFZ-Helmholtz-Zentrum für Umweltforschung.
Seine Arbeit ist vor allem auf Qualifizierung und Quantifizierung der Grundwasserressourcen im Nahen Osten, mit Umweltisotope und Geochemie Techniken.
Er hat auch eine gewisse Erfahrung auf Oberflächenwassermodellierung für Bäche und Wadis in semi-ariden Gebieten.
