| Abstract | The Atlas of Ecosystem Services has collected knowledge on drivers, trade-offs, and synergies of ecosystem services and biodiversity, as well as societal responses. It presents case studies from various fields to demonstrate concepts of sustainable land management and governance. In this final chapter, we identify important open questions to sketch avenues for future research in the field (see also Grunewald and Bastian [1]). |
