Aleksandra joined the WANA tech-team in February 2018. She is responsible for operating the mass spectrometry systems (e.g. GC-MSD, GC-TQ, GC-TOF, Q Exactive GC) and data evaluation in target and suspect screening analysis of organic compounds.

Aleksandra studied at Poznan University of Technology and at University of Medical Sciences in Poznan (Poland). She is an engineer in chemical technology and a scholarship holder of the DBU Scholarship Exchange Programme. She was a guest PhD student in the department of Environmental Biotechnology (UFZ - Leipzig) and finished her study with the PhD in chemistry on” A study of potential toxic effects of designed ionic liquids on bacterium Pseudomonas putida and embryos of the zebrafish (Danio rerio) as model organisms”. She published her work in Chemosphere (2016,2017) and PLoS ONE (2018) journals.
