Accepted formats are .doc, .docx, and .rtf
Abstracts have to be submitted until February 29, 2012.
Abstracts must be in English and should consist of no more than 400 words. The submissions should address at least one of the conference topics and follow the abstract format defined below.
They must be in sufficient detail for the program committee to judge their meaning and value.
Each abstract must have a designated presenter.
The programme committee will judge on the quality of the submissions and determine whether a work will be accepted as well as the presentation format. Notifications of acceptance will be sent by March 31, 2012.
Due to scheduling demands, designated presenters not registered by April 15, 2012 will have their papers automatically removed from the programme.
All participants, whether presenting or not, must register for the conference.

- brief description of methods and/or approaches
- major results
- a conclusion statement
